So, Go have a really cold shower and STRETCH. Like stretch like you’ve never stretched before.
Then, Just lay in bed for a while, all nights off, all noise gone.

RESIST the temptation to cover yourself with the blanket right away. Wait 30 mins till. You should eventually feel tired. Starting to feel drowsy. Then you can cover up, roll over and you should fall asleep.
I used to suffer from insomnia for years. This helped me IMMENSELY.
Dr. Fung mentioned this, counter regulatory hormones, among them is cortisol, so it’s normal if you only sleep for 3 hours, I slept yesterday almost 4 hours and woke up so energetic, I am heading towards day 3 in a 15 days fast , good luck !
