I fell off partially because I desired to but the other aspect is that I became a bit relaxed over time in terms of my discipline and wanted to see if I could find success out of IF. My health increased and my body is changing but not at the rate it would if I were still IF.
I just started again yesterday and I’m using the Simple app this time. Wish me luck.
Good luck! I’ve stopped and started IF at different times. I find when I return I sometimes have better insights that I’ve pieced together that make me even more successful. I hope that you have an easier time now :)
