I am hoping someone might have some resources for the amount of calories that I am supposed to consume during my eating window. Also going to add exercise in to see if I can help kick-start the weight loss currently 35/M and sitting at 470lbs so I am finally taking responsibility and taking charge to get healthier.
I recently started again. Lost about 15 lbs then hit a wall. I realized that I wasn’t eating enough because I also cut out a fair amount of carbs. If I am for about 500 calories under my resting metabolic rate, I lose weight consistently. When I am very active, I find that my body tells me that I need a little more. I am older, so my experience may be a little different. I dropped another 15 after that.
