After a bunch of excuses such as injuring a testicle 😂 ( I’m ok now) so I stopped going to the gym for 3 months, then the holidays began.. my wife is pregnant so now she wants me to cook her breakfast every morning and it’s been hard to not get some for myself if I’m already cooking it to begin with 😂. The damage was 200Lb-224lb
When I first started last March, I never had a “keto flu” or anything similar. Got up to 72 hours with no problem.. now, at 18 hours I get a terrible headache and even into the next day. I took some bone broth this morning along with vitamins to see if that helps, I just find it really odd that the first time around I didn’t feel anything and now I get these headaches. Granted I did easy into it the first time..

I would just add to make sure you get enough salt. But it’s generally not even clear where those headaches come from. Electrolytes and water are just one reason. Easing into it the last time might have to do with it. However, I had headaches early on during my “only” 16 hour fasts, too, but they subsided.
