So I did my monthly weigh in and lost maybe 2 pounds…Definitely felt a little down then I decided to measure myself and it blew my mind. Since July I have lost total 14.5 inches, but only 4.6 pounds. Scales are only a sliver of the picture. Body recomp is a real thing! I am once again motivated to stay the course.
I’ve had the opposite… the first ten pounds, I wondered where it came from. The tape measure showed very little (maybe half an inch) progress. The only place I’ve noticed anything with my clothes is I’ve had to adjust my bra straps.
