Female in 220s, Do you think it's possible to get to the 160s by the end of May?

I am doing a mix of mostly rolling fasts, anywhere from 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 day fasts. That’s the plan, at least. I just finished a rolling 2 day fast, rolling 3 day fast, a 67 hour fast, and now I am going to go until Sunday, so about 113 hours. I have no doubt I can do the fasting, I’m determined. But I am just hoping I can get there as at the end of May where I have to get dressed up and I want to look good.

I lost weight before but then the hair loss scared me so I took a long 4-5 month break.

Also, if anyone has tips on the hair loss that would be awesome. I am hoping taking daily multivitamins and collagen powder on my eat days will be somewhat beneficial.

You’d have to lose just over half a pound every single day. Half a pound is the average daily loss on an extended fast, once the big water weight losses finish. So, sorry to say, I don’t think it would be possible, even if you fasted all 113 days until the 1st of June. Which I really hope you, or anyone, doesn’t try, even with medical supervision.

But that doesn’t mean I’m trying to discourage you, far from it, any loss is a gain in fasting.

As for hair loss, I’m a balding man so my advice might not be the best, but I refeed with a lot of meat, eggs, and maybe some fruit, and hair loss has not increased beyond the regular yearly rate. If you like I can show you how to comb it over so no one will notice (joke).
