So in the mornings when I do my extended water fasts I add my electrolytes and then fiber to my water. Well today I just noticed that my fiber is 15 calories. Is this going to ruin the fast? I’m new to this.
If you goals are only weight loss, no. Keep going and feel fine about it

Otherwise you need to look at why you’re fasting. Yes that breaks a “pure” fast but we all fast for different reasons and if it doesn’t break your reasons then your fast is fine
