Hi all! I wanted to know what other supplements I should be taking in, I currently only use Metamucil and it works fine but I have to take like 9 pills a day! Is there something else I can take daily that doesn’t require me to take as many pills?
Metamucil main ingredient is psyllium husk. Or take whole sullying husk powder a teaspoon with 300ml water mix it and drink with meal or 30 minutes after or before.
Start slow see how your bowel movements are and adjust accordingly. Also drink more water so the fiber can absorb and slide through
I got a bag of bull wheat bran from the health food store for less than two dollars. One cup is 100% of my daily fiber. So I sneak a quarter cup into oatmeal or yogurt. It’s so much cheaper than the supplements. I make it work.
