Adding things like berries, seeds, vegetables like broccoli, green beans, asparagus. Look at the bread products you buy, how much fiber is in the products you buy? You can make switches to things like Thomas Whole grain English muffins (8g) or Xtreme wellness wraps which have a lot of fiber too
