Firstly well done on leaping from 48 to 72hrs. What’s your end goal? If you’re not even that hungry then increase target to 96 hrs or more and take it from there.
To me it seems like 72hr was just a mental barrier and you’re mind is playing tricks to reward itself with calories.
Go find a video on the benefits of fasting STAT. Nothing motivates like a reminder of all the amazing benefits you have unlocked at 72! Might as well and push through and get those stem cell benefits. Good luck!
