I’m finding it hard to sleep at night. This is my week two and I didn’t have this problem before.. has anyone experienced the same? To what extent and… did it get better? 🤔
What eating schedule? When are you consuming caffeine (if at all)? When do you typically stop eating? What do you eat for your last meal?
I actually sleep better doing IF than I did before. Been at it for seven months. Here’s a couple general ideas to help you sleep:
Workout before bed.
Take melatonin for a few days to help reset your circadian rhythm.
