Now, I wanted to ask if you experienced any energy from days 4/5 and on. I’ve heard that for water fasts, if you get through days 1-3, then for the subsequent days following, you feel like you have a lot more energy and feel like you could keep fasting on forever.
Also, was there significant muscle loss? Do your muscles show more at the end of your fast/do you look leaner?
I think I definitely look leaner and I haven’t weight trained in the gym yet so I’m not sure if there’s any muscle loss. But I was pretty tired most of the time. I mean, I had more energy when I woke up in the morning but I still needed a nap later on. The hunger wasn’t even noticeable after the 3rd day but I got my period on the 8th day and felt so hungry after that so I stopped
