as for stats: 22 years old, female, starting weight 73.2 kg, current weight 69.0 kg (that’s 9,259 lbs).
unfortunately i didn’t take measurements before starting, but compared to my measurements in november, i lost 8 cm (3.15 inches) off my waist, 4 (1.57 inches) cm off my hips and 4.5 cm (1.77 inches) off my thighs.
dirty-ish fast. had one cup of broth on the first day and drank tons of lemon water in the beginning. on the third day i caved and had five small pieces of sugar-free (artificially sweetened) gum. also had two cups of unsweetened apple/berry tea. from that point on i pretty much fasted cleanly (sparkling water only).
electrolyte wise, i kinda half assed it. since i cannot bear the taste of potassium, i think i only took that on two days. salt i mostly just dipped my finger in every now and then and licked it off and once i tried diluting it in water, but that made me pretty nauseous. somehow in the beginning i really loved that but towards the end it became almost disgustingly salty. for magnesium, since i have that in pill form, i was fairly consistent.
Try buying seasalt flakes and just take some with a spoon or your hands and swallow it down with water. Salt diluted in water is horrible for me but the above I do every day, feel much better quickly after
