It’s not that important. I was working in the kitchen today and had lots of tastes. There’s always tomorrow. This flab didn’t get here overnight and it’s not going away overnight. My plan is doing OMAD for life, so one day isn’t going to ruin me. It’s a mindset change and it takes time. I have the time. (At least I hope so LOL)
It’s really and truly not a problem. The whole 16 hour thing is a very good baseline… But if you do it for 15 hours once in a while it’s still quite effective. If you do it 17 hours once in a while, it’s a little more effective. It’s OK!
