I’ve been fasting for about a month now and I typically do 16:8 and it’s been great so far. Today I wanted to do my first 24 hour fast and it’s honestly gone really well with just water throughout the day. I’m also at work so I’ve been able to keep moving and not think much about dinner.
That being said, I don’t want to eat something for dinner that’ll negatively effect on my health. Any suggestions?
Steak is so much cheaper than people make it out to be. Cheap steak cooked right is still a delight.
Chicken is good and lean, don’t dry it our and yuuum. Thighs are where it’s at. Some roasted green beans or Brussel sprouts (with some bacon) is quick and easy to chuck in the oven. 425- until it smells good. And poultry it up to temp of course
