I plan to do my first 24 hour fast tomorrow. Will working out with weights and cardio make the 24 fast harder? Thank you!
Doing nothing vs exercising. I think it’s safe to say it’ll be harder. Doable though. If you’ve never done a 24 hr fast, maybe get one under your belt without the workout. If successful, do another and try working out.
I workout every day that I can. Shoot for 6 days a week. I generally do ADF, alternate day fasting, 36:12.
Either 1 hour of lifting or 1 hr group class.
I get a dopamine high the longer I’m into a fast. I’m in day 3 of a 7 day fast rn. Felt so good to work out this morning. 🤷♀️
