I just finished my first 72 hour fast.
Towards the end of it I was able to smell cheese and donuts and all stuff I used to eat. I’ve been able to walk past all of that.
I’m down to approximately 3 kg but thats mostly water weight.
The keto sticks still show almost negligible ketosis.
I’ve broken my fast with bone broth, broccoli and boiled Chicken.
What do I need to do to enter ketosis hard??
What form of training can I do? Lifting heavy or just cardio stuff?
First, you are not eating so you ARE burning fat (aka ketosis). Make sure your ketostix are not expired or defective. You also need to pee directly in it. Give it 30 min to react. What you eat on refeed don’t actually matter that much as long as it isnt like 50%+ carbs or like 4000 calories. Don’t forget, scales/ketostix show data, but the mirror shows the truth. Now GET THAT FAT IN YA!
