stay strong mate, this is as bad as it gets. before you know it you’ll actually stop feeling hungry. it’ll be a little nagging feeling you can ignore.
I find eating rock salt and black coffee helps me
Best thing is to keep yourself busy and well hydrated.
Think of the extra time that you now have at your disposal (that would normally be spent preparing and eating food) as a chance to catch up on your hobbies or projects that you need/want to work on. Maybe take on a new hobby
When fasting. I have to keep myself BUSY or else it feels unbearable. Granted, I’m aware that I am a boredom eater, so I just gotta keep preoccupied.
Any time you feel like you are hungry, chug some water. You’d be surprised at how often your body mistakes thirst for hunger.
you’ve got this! I’m in the middle of a fast right now & I’ll say now that I’m past day 5 it has been smooth sailing- my body kind of adjusted and I no longer have hunger pangs !:) lots of water & electrolytes
My the end of day 2 beginning of 3, you will be fine. I haven’t had hunger since day 2 and I am on a 14 day fast (currently on day 6) You’ve got this, only focus on getting thru the next hour, you WILL feel better.
