First fast

I’m on about day 3’ish. I just happened to role into this after not eating most of Saturday and all of Sunday. Going to see if I can extend this until Thursday.

I’m used to normal IF and got my electrolytes together which I’m used to from Keto.

I read the wiki and it says avoid carbs and eggs when ending a fast. Anyone have suggestions? I’m thinking some beef, mashed cauliflower and broccoli which is my normal keto.

I love cereal so I broke my last 4 day fast with a cup of Special K and whole milk. When nothing happened I had a regular meal after that. Then again I never had problem digesting stuff.

I’m a big fan of chicken soup. I usually make a full soup with all the veggies as my fast is coming to an end(tortuous). I usually go through the broth right away, wait an hour or 2 and eat the veggies. Everyone hits differently. I have a friend who after a 5 day fast are a whole pizza on his own… let’s just say he annexed the bathroom.
