First OMAD

Did my first OMAD. Yay!! It was easy yesterday. Then today, it’s 6:30am, and I am starving. How I am going to get to 8pm is beyond me. Is this hunger normal?

At a certain point, it really becomes a mental thing. I drink coffee BLACK AS NIGHT all morning (several cups), water constantly, and some hibiscus tea as well.

Keep busy and just don’t put too much thought into it. My first couple of OMAD days I was doing the same thing, feeling a bit of hunger but it passes and it’s like your body starts to get behind you in your efforts.

I’m @ out of state training this week and have done OMAD since I got here (day 5 today) with hotel gym workouts each morning as well. Have lost 6lbs since my last weigh in (last week) and feel amazing.
