Is it just me. or is the first poop after a fast just REALLY smelly. I mean like, smells absolutely rancid and disgusting? A lot more than normal anyway. Anyone else?
I think its fairly typical and usually accompanied by the water thats been sitting in your bowels which tends to spread it further than we’re used to. Better out than in is a good way of looking at it I think.
I guess if your body is breaking down old, broken and diseased cells the remainder of those can’t be pretty.
