Alright! Have have been doing IF (everything between 16:8 and OMAD for 4 week) and today i am aiming for no food whole day and breaking my fast at noon tomorrow and that would be 41hours. Who is with me? Coffe and water only.
Oh I’m doing this too! Aiming to finish tomorrow at 10am for a 36hour fast. It’s my first time intentionally going over 24 hours.
So far it’s been easy but I think I might struggle in the evening until I can go to bed
I remember when I tried my first 48 hours fast. By the end of it, I was like , “not feeling hungry at all”, and a great overall feeling. So I said, one more day? And I ended up fating for 90 hours, breaking it just because I was scared how well I can take it. The longer I was fasting, the more energetic and focused I felt. Like I just discovered a superpower. Just make sure you are getting enough water and electrolytes.
