First time PROPERLY clean fasting

And hoooo boy does it make a difference.

I’m (26F, 5’8, 220lbs) on day 2 (out of 5) and not hungry at all. I’ve fasted before, from 20/4 to OMAD to 5 day fasts, but I would still be consuming 0cal water enhancers, diet sodas, even broth if I felt like I was losing it.

I read Fast Feast Repeat (Gin Stephans) and she broke down exactly why any foodlike tastes will make your fast harder. She got me convinced.

And fasting is so incredibly easy now! I’ve just been drinking black coffee, tea, and snake juice. I have a few little hunger pangs that are easily ignored and it definitely feels so much more sustainable now.

Fingers crossed I can make it to Sunday!

I am doing the same. 35F 5’5 178lbs, I have started clean fasting, mostly to give it the same chance I have given dirty fasting, which I have done for years(intermittenly). I am still experimenting for the month and will see which I like best. Not gonna lie cf is giving df a run for its money.
