I don’t really track kcals or weight that much, so stepping onto the scale was a pleasant surprise and will probably give me enough motivation to stay the course and carry on :)

Yo yo….way to go with the progress! It feels good right? Well today after a week of overeating five out of seven days and finally weighing myself on the scale, Ive gained back the two pounds that I lost the previous week. Keep going with your journey and hope you find your way.
Im on day 18 of doing IF 7 days a week, and just started a new eating window of 12pm to 6pm so that I could have my meals done not so close to bedtime cause I was doing 2pm to 8pm eating window and I just felt too full alot of times before bed and it gets kinda uncomfortable and then having to stay up till I feel not so full to go to bed even later.
