fix your sugar dependence

dry fasting provides relief from the influences of foods and liquids. however the issue people still struggle with is carbohydrates in the form of fruits and vegetables. why are people so eager to jump right back into their usual cycle of sweets? is it tied too much to a culture thing or perhaps it’s a conditioned reward system ?

perhaps that is more challenging. how much time can you go without a carb?

Answer

Im on day 6 of my first attempt at dry fasting. I plan for a 7 day completion. My first goal is to avoid sugars.

day 2 of recovery I will go to the gym for a light workout

day 3 of recovery i will go to the gym for a moderate workout followed by a light run.

after the exercise on day 3 ill reintroduce complex carbohydrates a little bit.

other than that i want to keep my insulin sensitivity high and my sugar intake low.

but fruits are definitely on the plat for the night time of day 4 it happens to be sunday and im back to a normal schedule the following day.

Strawberries, apples, blueberries, blackberries, mangos. watermelon, pears, kiwis.
