I’ve been looking at some flavored green tea and herbal tea options to suppress appetite and increase fat burn during my fasting window. How do I tell if a particular tea will end my fast? Should I avoid flavored teas altogether and stick to unflavored green tea or herbal tea?
You can read the label to see if it has added sugars. I like to make flavoured ice cubes with boiled mint leaves, ginger, lemon, etc so I know what I’m drinking and can add them to hot water whenever I feel like. I’ve also had a really bad evening binge habit so eating the ice at night has been a huge help.
