what are some tasty seasonings that y’all use in your cooking that have low or no sodium? i’m trying to use less and less salt when i cook but need some substitutes
Here’s a list of no-salt blends from Penzeys:

The ones with pictures on the label are the most “balanced” blends for experimenting. Some of the others are just chili blends, for instance.
Look into Nature’s Seasoning from Morton’s. Granted, salt is the first ingredient but per each 1/4 tsp serving it has almost half the sodium as salt and I don’t find myself using more of it to make up the difference. So, not a way to eliminate salt altogether but a good way to cut it in half without sacrificing much in flavor.
Literally anything but salt?
Oregano, thyme, rosemary, paprika, sage, cumin, coriander… You get the point.
Buy yourself a spice rack that comes pre-loaded. Anything like taco seasoning, fajita mix, chilli flavouring etc you can just make yourself.
