Would it be a good idea to flip flop between omad and dry fasting? One day omad next day dry fast, One day omad next day dry fast flip flopping between both ways of eating through the week. Would I see results?
I too have been pondering this. Right now I’m OMEOD and water fasting the rest of the time. Going to try going dry on the non-eating day. fwiw, my one meal is carnivore so it’s zero carb. And I drink plenty of electrolytes.
As for seeing results. ABSOLUTELY I’m getting great results with the above. I expect even better on with the every other dry day.
