I agree! I usually break my fast with a salad and these are the best damn salads I’ve ever had! haha
Today I broke my fast with a fruit/yogurt shake and I was able to taste all of the flavors; it was delicious.
I think that when we do finally eat, we are so thankful that anything tastes better; We aren’t inundating our bodies with food all of the time– we aren’t numb to food anymore.
it really makes you appreciate your meals. you can even plan a much healthier meal since you have a smaller eating window that is something that you enjoy and is so much more enjoyable than just snacking on random things all day
