Most of the diy recipes are some mixture of a multi vitamin, Masa harina, protein powder, and oil. It’s a boring and joyless way to eat, if that’s what you’re into

Soybeans - it has almost all vitamins and minerals, best Ca-Mg ratio, 40% protein, 15% carbs, fiber, unsaturated fatty acids (the good ones)

Chlorella & Spirulina (algae with broken cell wall - very important in order to benefit from the goodness) - Rich in Chlorophyll, Prebiotics, Loaded with Vegan Protein, Fiber, Amino Acids (Omega 3 6 9, GLA, Arginine), Fatty Acids, Immune Vitamins (Vitamin A, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Biotin), Minerals, Supports Energy, Colon Health, Digestive Function and Immune System (edit: this one I just copy-pasted because the benefits of these algae are just so many)

I read about some dude who bought gorilla food pellets and ate only them for a while.

Apparently did it because its fairly similar to the complete foods like Huel etc, but much cheaper.

No idea if true.
