Title says it all. What are some foods or supplements you take that fight off inflammation in your arteries/blood vessels.
Inflammation is also exacerbated by sugar…eat unprocessed Foods, and watch for bad inflammatory oils (any highly processed oil) I use ghee, coconut oil and olive oil only…my CRP went down from fasting and low carb no sugar
If you are interested in supplements- you will want to check out fish oil (specifically one with a higher dose of EPA) and anything that increases/stimulates blood flow: bacopa, ginkgo biloba, to name a couple!
