It’s not really the amount of fat but mostly the type of fat. It is full of polyunsaturated fatty acid which are known to oxidize easily in the body. It also has phythic which can inhibit proper absorption of minerals. On top of that it has beta sisterol, which is not so good for DHT. Use it to fill the gap or if on a budget.
I used to own a cookie company. One if my customers was a marathoner. He used to come in once a week and have two large peanut butter chocolate chip cookies with two scoops of vanilla ice cream inside them. He’d have two of those.
“I’m a dietician,” he would say, “It all burns.”
Personally, I use 310 nutrition.
