I do breakfast . I work long hours and I am busy the rest of the day so I figured breakfast is the most practical option . What about you ?
Generally between 12 and 230pm…but it can stray.
An average meal takes 5 to 8 hours to digest. I assume omad being a bigger meal is up to 11. Having digestion complete before being horizontal is beneficial. Short of it…your systems that do body maintenance are most effective while sleeping…giving it that one less (significant) task makes it easier to focus on other matters.
Also…timing it so that I minimize window for cravings in the evening. On nights im staying up later…meals tend to be a bit later to aid in that.
