I have several health issues and I’m hoping to heal or at least improve some of them via fasting. I’m wondering if I can do it with a series of 2-4 day fasts or if I need to shoot for 7+ days. I’ve done several shorter fasts and one 7 day.
A change in diet can improve health issues dramatically. Pairing an unprossessed low carb diet with fasting can reduce inflamation and help with issues related to insulin. Some have healed illnesses going carnivore some going plant based. Depends on how your body processes things. I do better going meat heavy as I dont digest veg well but love it, for others the opposite is true. In any diet incorporating fasting has health bemefits too.
