Found this whole subreddit inspirational

I’m an experienced dry faster but took a break for a year to feast on whatever. I found getting back into dry fasting after that frustratingly difficult, but then I found this subreddit and remembered what it was like when I first used it to lose 100 lbs in 6 months.

So I’m finally back at it! I’m currently 48 hours into my 72 hour dry fast. I’m grateful to all of you, thank you for being here 🙏🏽🥂

Wow, 100 lbs in 6 months, well done! It’s nice to see people develop the strength and determination for such achievements.
May I ask, how did you routine look like to lose that weight? Did you do mostly 72 dry fasts?
