So I have been keeping track in my Notes on iPhone. When I last ate. Then not eating till I get home from work the next evening. To take it fasting a bit more seriously is there a “app” that is your favorite? What does is cost?
Thank you, still would like personal feedback. I have read reviews in the App Store. Still more intrigued by what actual people use and what attributes you like about it. Or don’t like for that matter.
