Pasture raised organic eggs are probably the most nutritious option but what are the differences between free range organic and pasture raised but not organic. Thanks!
It’s about now they are kept per usda Free range means that their is a door on the coop that is open, they may or may not actually step foot outside. Pasture raised means more bugs and grass in the diet not necessarily that they got to roam free but have access to it if they want. This is not regulated in any way.
Edit: Pasture raised is considered better because of the more natural diet and ability to act like a bird. Using the muscles properly gives you a bit healthier of a bird.
