Frequency of urinating

I’m currently on day 4 of my dry fast but I’ve noticed that I am starting to urinate a-lot more then usual. Today for example: Woke up at 6:30 am and urinated the same amount I would usually urinate while not on a fast , 10:10am urinated again and was around the same amount . Could someone shed some light on what this could mean?

Is it non-coloured transparent or does it have a colour?
Somewhere around day 3 the body will have had no other choice but to switch to internal water-utilization from the fat cells. So I think it´s common in general to urinate while dry fasting.
Just a guess, if you are urinating a lot, is that you weren´t in ketosis before starting the fast? I mean not doing a keto-diet or carnivore. The glucose in the muscles ties up a lot of water, several kilos. Seems like far in on the fast tho, but maybe it took a bit longer to get into ketosis than usual? If the body isn´t used to it.

As long as the urine isn´t dark and/or you feel too dehydrated (you can for instance do the skin-test, pinch and see if it stays or retracts fast, not 100% but should give a hint), I would see it as a good sign anyhow.
