Hello, tomorrow will be my 7th day of hard dry fast; i wonder if going hard longer will be any beneficial? I heard that soft dry fast is better in long term and i am currently going for 14 days dry fast so i planned taking cold bath. Can anyone tell me if so and what would be the point keeping it hard in my situation?
Hard dry fast is maximum dry fast benefits because you completely avoid water. Once you get past a certain day of dry fasting, your body becomes like a sponge and will take in an amount of water from sources like a shower or a bath. Keeping the fast hard dry will help maximize healing through not taking in external water. But ultimately, do what your body asks.
