i wish there were some answers from experienced fasters! i for one must confess that i managed to fast for 14 days, and put back on more than before. i do believe fasting can work, but only if you honestly change your way of eating and your relationship with food. afterwards i tried ADF (alternate day fasting) but that was just an excuse to binge every second day.now i am pausing everything fasting related until i am at peace and at ease with healthy eating, portion control etc. in the future i want to try fasting again, because the 14 days in itself were a great experience and can be very motivational. i just experienced that you cannot put all your hopes into fasting as a miracle cure.good luck in all your endeavors! what kind of fasting do you have planned?
