Mind sharing the brands or nutrition labels? I’ve heard it said that for some people even flavors of sweet things (even without sugar – just the flavor of it) can cause a rise in insulin.

I’d be curious if this was only happening with “flavored” roasts or regular flavor (but high quality) roasts.

Answer

Is there actual sugar in it or are you assuming bc it’s raising your BG numbers? Some people’s bodies react to caffeine with increased BG. Are you diabetic? Could it be Dawn Phenomenon or Feet Hit The Floor?
