There is zero cheating this time. No cream in my coffee, no true lemon in my snake juice. I think there is like one or two grams of carbs in my Lil Smokies but that does not count as cheating in my eyes.
I’m on my third rolling 48 and my goal is to do a full month of them. I feel very good. My refeed meal is 21 Lil Smokies sausages (3 servings, 570 calories) and eight mini dill pickles.
