I did the same thing…only it was 50 pounds gained back after losing 60.
I read The Obesity Code and Fast, Feast, Repeat in the past two weeks. Reading those books have helped me regain the motivation to get back to the IF lifestyle- instead of half-assing it like I have been for the past 2 months.
I highly recommend reading one of those books to help get you back into the IF mindset.
One day at a time, don’t be harsh with yourself, we’re surrounded by food 24/7 if not in our homes, then in the stores and through the media. Doing things differently is really tough. You know you can do it and that’s a strength. Don’t focus on the mistakes, just keep getting back up and doing it again.
