Hi there fellow fasters! I’m on day 25 of a 30 day, and the past two weeks have been a bit frustrating as I have no been losing as much weight as I thought I would and today I actually GAINED.
How does this happen? Stats below.
35 female, 5’4” SW~173ish
September 10th - 160.8 (happy with this weight loss) 9-20 - 154.6 9-21 - 152.4 9-22 - 151.4 9-23- 151.2 9-24- 150.4 9-25- 150.6
I’m not exercising (eg weight lifting) aside from about 8k steps a day.
Well, water has weight. And as women, our bodies can hold onto water for a number of hormonal reasons, but it’s .2 lbs, which you’ll probably lose the next time you pee, so maybe it’s time to do some meditation and focus on relaxing, bb.
