Adding in post-run smoothies will help you get calories and protein in. Buy a nutribullet or other decent quality blender, chuck in a chopped up banana, some frozen berries, a scoop of oats, a scoop of vanilla protein powder or some peanut butter, a scoop of Greek yoghurt, and enough milk/water that it can blend.

I love regular ol white rice with a can of black beans tossed in there and then maybe some sour cream, salt and green salsa. I’d consume oysters 2-3x a week for the hormone support with your level of activity you’re going to need some serious micronutrient replenishing. Finally fats, peanut butter whole eggs olive oil pumpkin seeds almonds etc. eat lots of these, handfuls of nuts scoops of peanut butter and tablespoons of olive oil.
