I’m not doing anything different then I have been. Lost almost 40lbs in a year-and-a-half; but suddenly I’m 9lbs back up. Haven’t changed my routine or diet, not sure what is going on. Any thoughts? Suggestions?
If you haven’t cut your calories down after a 40 pound loss, you’re probably eating too much. I’d start there by recalculating your tdee or just cutting back on the calories.
And if you can take measurements and progress pics, that’ll help determine body changes better than the scale can.
