Hi , I’m a 6ft male down to about 77kg after fifteen months of IF 6/18 . Assuming I have enough calories going in, any tips on gaining weight ? Thanks .
Keep track of what you eat and how much you weigh the next day. This is how I learned that eating oatmeal is a surefire way for me to put on weight. Doing this, I also discovered that—strangely enough—eating ice cream tends to mitigate my weight gains (within reason…eating a full pint of Chubby Hubby doesn’t qualify).
