Game plan review?

I want to do rolling 48s. Fast Monday & Tuesday, Eat Wednesday, Fast Thursday & Friday, then eat on the weekends. Y’all think this is a healthy way to go about it?

If so what are some meals I should be eating on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday? My plan is to do one Bimonthly up until the end of this school year, or right till I hit ~200lbs (currently 255).

I’ll also be doing bench presses and walking semi-frequently, will this cause any problems?

I also have Insulin Resistance, will doing this be detrimental because of that?

Its a great plan. Fasting plus Working out is the best thing you could be doing, no problem at all. Id recommend doing even more weightlifting honestly.

Train fasted and eat right after working out, ideally. refeed high protien, moderate fat, low carb. You can get gains doing that even in calorie deficit if you have the bodyfat to spare.

Keep that kind of routine up long enough and you won’t have IR for much longer
