My Mom wants to try IF, I currently use a 16:8 lean gain type and lift weights which works well for me, but she is not a weight lifter - she does light cardio and swimming at the gym. Will lean gain/16:8 still be effective for her in your experience? Or is she better trying another, if so, which? Thanks in advance!
Effective in what way? To lose weight? Many people have great success losing fat doing IF without exercise at all.
Tell your mother to start experimenting with 16/8 and see how she feels. No doubt she’ll start feeling better and losing weight.
