Sw: 270 Cw:230 Gw:190 Height:6’3 Currently down 40 pounds since the start of August 1st and just hit my plateau. I’ve been doing rolling 72s and recently hit my plateau. Was wondering if I did a longer fast like 7-10ish days if that would take me out of my plateau or if I should switch something out/if I just have to wait it out. Any help is appreciated.
I actually think taking a break from fasting would help w the plateau. That’s how I got out of mine. I kinda “shocked” my body by changing up the routine and not fasting for 10 days then went straight back into fasting and lost a couple pounds
